If content contains personal information, such as full names of people who are not public figures, phone numbers, specific physical addresses, or e-mail addresses, then code IU is used and the status is set to be rejected. This includes cases where enough information is included so that any of the previous can be inferred, as in cases where a user profile and signature can be combined to obtain a full name. Exceptions: Full names of celebrities or public figures do not affect IU-coding.
