If you are unable to find a carrier in CarrierWatch, you can request to have them added to the database by clicking the Request a company tab and completing the form provided

What happens when you fill out this form and click Submit?

CarrierWatch will send the information to the CarrierWatch support team. They will research the carrier and if necessary create a new record in the database.

If you click the "Loading Today?" option, a member of the support team will pick up the phone immediately and attempt to procure proof of insurance in the form of a certified certificate of insurance from the producer. It is important to give us your name and phone number so that we can contact you in the event of an issue.
